The Black Club Professionals Alliance (BCPA) was co-founded by hospitality professionals who recognized a gap — and refused to accept it. Black and Brown professionals have long been a vital force in the private club and hospitality industry. It was time they had a dedicated space, a collective voice, and a community built specifically for them.
