Passion Graham, CCM, is the founder and CEO of Passionate Productions LLC — a hospitality consulting and leadership development firm built on the belief that how you show up matters as much as what you know.

With decades of experience in the hospitality industry — from private clubs to large-scale event production — Passion has developed a reputation for transforming teams, elevating culture, and building organizations that run with both heart and precision.

She is also a co-founder of the Black Club Professionals Alliance (BCPA) — creating a dedicated space and voice for Black and Brown professionals in the private club and hospitality industry.

Passion Graham believes leadership has the power to transform lives, organizations, and entire industries. With over three decades of leadership experience spanning private clubs, hospitality, education, and organizational development, she has dedicated her career to helping people discover what's possible for themselves and for those they lead.

As an international keynote speaker, executive coach, coachsultant, educator, and founder of Passionate Productions, Passion partners with organizations across the country to strengthen leadership, elevate culture, and develop the next generation of professionals. Her career includes leadership positions with respected organizations such as Charlotte Country Club, Seven Oaks Club, and Inverness Club, as well as service as an Adjunct Professor at Central Piedmont Community College, a recurring presenter for CMAA's World Conference, and a featured contributor in Club + Resort Business Magazine.

She leads administration, marketing, and client communications with precision, ensuring every interaction reflects the professionalism, creativity, and care that define our organization. From digital storytelling to behind-the-scenes execution, Teale helps transform ideas into meaningful experiences.

With more than fifteen years of hospitality and event experience, Crystal specializes in creating thoughtful, seamless experiences that leave lasting impressions.

Her gift for anticipating needs, building relationships, and executing every detail with care ensures every event reflects the excellence Passionate Productions is known for. She believes true hospitality is about making people feel seen, valued, and genuinely welcomed.

Erica brings more than twenty years of executive leadership experience across restaurants, hotels, and private clubs, including service as a General Manager of a yacht club.

Her expertise in operations, organizational culture, and team development allows clients to navigate periods of transition with confidence while strengthening accountability, performance, and resilience.
